After the great reception of last year's Impact Report, Link Up London came back to me earlier this year to create their latest report.
As Kim Perlow, Link Up's CEO, said:
"The report…needs to communicate that we are serious and know what we’re doing. It needs to come across a bit more formal than last years which was more fun".
Fortunately, I think I hit the nail on the head as I have just received a lovely thank you from Link Up London (see last pic) – a perfect accompaniment to my morning cuppa! 😊
"Dear Jo – a HUGE thanks you for taking on the design of our report, we are so grateful and absolutely love the final product. You are a total superstar!"
Cheers Link Up, here's to your ongoing success and even more good news to report next year.

This is the third year I’ve designed the programme for the summer Surrey Artists Open Studios event, and the first year it’s sporting the new logo I designed for them. SAOS also introduced a Christmas event last year, the programme for which I not only designed but even had to get my Christmas tree out in early September for the cover shot!
Love laying out the pages and discovering all of the talented artists who will be showing their work. Pick up a programme if you’re out and about in Surrey or visit www.surreyopenstudios.org.uk - and put 3-18 June in your diaries - you’re sure to find artworks to fall in love with.

“Science, music and the arts meet in creative harmony” is the tagline for Oxford May Music, and it’s been doing so for fifteen years. Bringing all of these elements together to create a harmonious design has been my job since the beginning - as you can see from the following photos, it‘s stood the test of time.

Happy New Year! And happy new logo to Surrey Artists Open Studios.
I've been working with SAOS for the last couple of years, designing their event brochures and other marketing material, so I was thrilled when they asked me to redesign their logo. I love how the simple letter shapes work in colour and in negative, as the branding will often be seen on top of the beautiful work the artists supply for the brochure cover.
Bonus points if you spot the optical illusion!
